Emergency Opportunity

When pinning a new request, toggle the emergency button on for problems that need immediate attention to protect people or property.

Emergency service may cost more, depending on the contractor and time of service.

  • ✔Life or safety hazards — gas or fumes, fire or smoke, dangerous electrical problems
  • ✔Major water damage — burst pipes, sewage backups, active flooding, severe roof leaks
  • ✔Security or habitability issues — broken exterior locks or windows, dangerous indoor temperatures, no working toilet

If anyone is in immediate danger, call 911 or the appropriate utility/emergency service first.
